cleaning

i have found that cleaning around the house has done wonders with helping me to fast for the day. plus, depending on what you do, burns off calories to.  It takes my mind off of food and passes the time, so by the end of the day it ends up that I eat absolutely nothing.  It really is the best feeling in the world.

I've decided to fast for the next few days drinking only coffee (which adds zero calories because i LOVE black coffee and fills me up) and water.

I've also picked up running in the mornings which (i hope) will help me lose weight mega fast.
So we'll see.
