Succeeding

So I'm on my way there...

I started on Wednesday and lost two pounds so far.  Not great, but not bad.  My period was really short this month too...which i'm thinking is a good thing.  It's showing that what i am doing it working! :) oh man i couldnt be happier.  I even downloaded a whole cd of thinspiration music.  My favorite so far is skinny by filter. It makes me put down the food and want to exercise.

I hate myself

i pretty much ate so freakin much today.  oh and i also drank. so i'm half  drunk as i'm typing this.
i also got into a huge fight with my boyfriend of over a year and ending up purging a lot of stomach acid after i got up all the food(sorry if that grosses some of you out. i figure we're all in the same boat.)  I just feel so low. i was having so much fun with new friends i met, and then i had to pick a fight with my boyfriend.  i didnt even care that i had eaten so much until then. i literally drove home(drunk) and puked my brains out.
god i literally hate myself.  considering i start a fight with the one person who cares about me, and i may not even have tomorrow and ate so much it could have lasted me a week!

goal weight: 95
current weight: 105

tonight was pretty much the last straw.
i'm so ready to fulfill my goal.

sorry for the rant.
i love how everyone is so supportive to everyone else on here.

cleaning

i have found that cleaning around the house has done wonders with helping me to fast for the day. plus, depending on what you do, burns off calories to.  It takes my mind off of food and passes the time, so by the end of the day it ends up that I eat absolutely nothing.  It really is the best feeling in the world.

I've decided to fast for the next few days drinking only coffee (which adds zero calories because i LOVE black coffee and fills me up) and water.

I've also picked up running in the mornings which (i hope) will help me lose weight mega fast.
So we'll see.

ab workouts

does anyone know of any really good workouts for the abs besides crunches and the bicycle thing?  I have also decided to start running once a day for about two miles. i'm hoping that will help acheive my goal
